The bitterness is there, but that gentle sweetness underneath makes it surprisingly easy to sip on a cold evening. I've been brewing it before bed for a week now, and the aroma alone is worth it for the calm it brings.

I was expecting something grassy and harsh, but this tea surprises with that delicate sweetness underneath the bitter edge. It’s become my go-to evening cup, and the subtle aroma alone makes the whole ritual feel calming.
