洛神花茶（有機）

The lemongrass and orange peel keep this from tasting like straight hibiscus, which I appreciate since plain hibiscus can be too sharp for me. I've been drinking it hot before bed and the tartness is really soothing.

I brew this one iced every afternoon and the rosehips and orange peel give it a nice depth beyond just plain hibiscus. It’s tart but not puckering, and a big pitcher lasts me two days of refills without losing its flavor.

The tartness hits just right when I steep it hot for five minutes, and the orange peel adds a brightness that keeps it from being too sharp. I've been drinking a cup after dinner instead of dessert and honestly don't miss the sugar much.
